Does the Enactment of

Senate Bill SB211 Effect You?

Effective January 1, 1999 the California EPA will begin regulating "silver only" hazardous waste to federal standards of 5ppm. What does this mean to you?

Photographic waste will no longer need special permitting, manifests or transportation in California.
