business for over twenty years, CSRS has manufactured quality, state
of the art equipment for many industry leaders in the photo-chemical
market. Committed to giving our customers the “competitive edge”
our mission is to provide them with a solution that offers superior
functionality, user-friendly servicability “plug & play”, and visual
appeal.
Our Facility: With
over 17,500 sq. ft., our company owned building houses all our manufacturing
functions, including electrical assembly, fabrication, product assembly,
shipping, receiving, material storage, and labs for training, testing
and inspections.
Our Engineering Team:
The experienced and creative team of engineers at
CSRS offer simple solutions to complex problems. They design both
analog and microprocessor driven equipment, and offer electro-mechanical
design, value engineering, ergonomics, safety testing, immunity
and emmission testing and conformance to UL/TUV/CE/CSA.
Our Products Include:
Electrolytic and ion/metallic exchange silver recovery
systems, pumping/metering stations, fluid handling and storage,
chemical mixing/blender systems, wash water treatment systems and
manufacturing solutions to specified needs All CSRS products are
backed by a one year factory warranty.
Our Materials: Selection
of manufacturing technique and materials includes, but is not limited
to, the use of sheet metal, machined parts, rotationally, vacuum
formed, or injection molded plastics, and state of the art PCB electrical
components.
Our Process: From
the original design through completion, the process is exciting,
and includes consultations, drawings, prototypes, testing, field
testing, approvals, production, and technical manuals. The CSRS
reputation for offering state of the art equipment with features
not found in similar products give our customers the competitive
edge.
The Cost:
CSRS is sensitive to pricing issues for you and your
customers. Manufacturing options impact the cost, however CSRS works
hard to provide the best value for your investment. Your success
is our priority!
Our Support: Equally
important to the quality manufacturing is the after sales service
and support. CSRS provides product and service training, and is
available 5 days a week for technical support by phone. We provide
sales and marketing support including product photos, and installation
manuals.
